Black Is...

HBCU Alliance x POST Houston

We are excited to announce the upcoming second annual Juneteenth HBCU Alliance Weekend, organized by the Prairie View A&M National Alumni Association and Texas Southern University National Alumni Association, Inc. This event is scheduled to take place from Thursday, June 15 to 17, 2023, in Houston, TX. It will coincide with a community outreach initiative and the Juneteenth national holiday.

The three-day event will offer a diverse range of activities focused on education, professional development, networking, Juneteenth history, and celebrating the rich legacy contributions of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Our primary objectives are to uplift and inform our community while promoting awareness of the evolving needs of 21st-century students. We also aim to foster strong and enduring relationships with affiliated businesses and organizations within the professional and global community.

Join us as we come together to commemorate Juneteenth and honor the profound impact of HBCUs. Together, we can make a positive difference in our communities and build lasting connections.
